A member of our office staff will take your call, and ask you briefly about your concerns so that we can match you with the most appropriate clinician. To help your therapist get a better understanding of you and your concerns, we ask you to complete several questionnaires before your first appointment. Your therapist will review your responses with you during the consultation process.
